Determine what matters and remove what does not. Avoid unnecessary rebuilds; favor targeted, durable decisions.

Build

Implement only what is required. Favor clarity and longevity over novelty.

Steward

Remain accountable for what is put in place. Systems require ongoing care, not only initial delivery.
